For millennia people have been experiencing the health benefits of traditional Sauna rooms.  A sauna is more than just a heated room—it's a ritual that dates back thousands of years. Originating in Finland, the traditional sauna experience involves sitting in a wood-paneled room heated to temperatures between 150°F and 195°F+. The heat is typically generated by a stove, often electric in modern times, upon which stones are heated to a glow and then splashed with water to create steam. This process, known as "löyly," is the heart of the sauna experience, creating a hot, humid environment that promotes intense sweating and deep relaxation.
