1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the website at acadiabaysauna.com, making a booking, or communicating with Acadia Bay Sauna ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Acadia Bay Sauna provides mobile and in-home sauna experiences throughout New England. All bookings are subject to availability and our cancellation and rescheduling policies communicated at the time of booking.

3. SMS Messaging Terms

SMS/text messaging consent is completely voluntary and is not required to book or use any Acadia Bay Sauna service. You may use our website and complete a booking without agreeing to receive text messages.

If you choose to opt in to SMS communications, you must provide your explicit, separate consent — such as checking an opt-in box on our booking or contact form — before any messages are sent. Consent is never assumed from general use of our services or acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

• Program Description: We send booking confirmations, appointment reminders, and service updates via SMS to customers who have separately and voluntarily opted in.
• How to Opt In: You may opt in by checking the designated SMS consent checkbox on our booking or contact form, or by texting START to our SMS number. Opting in is separate from and independent of any other agreement or purchase.
• Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your booking activity. You may receive up to 4 messages per month.
• Message and Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless carrier for information about your messaging plan.
• Opt-Out: Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe. You will receive a final confirmation message, after which no further messages will be sent. Opting out of SMS will not affect your ability to use our services.
• Help: Reply HELP for help or contact us at support@acadiabaysauna.com.
• Privacy: We do not share your mobile number, opt-in data, or messaging consent with third parties for their marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

4. Bookings & Payments

All bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment or deposit as outlined during the checkout process. Acadia Bay Sauna reserves the right to cancel or reschedule bookings due to weather, equipment issues, or other circumstances outside our control. In such cases, we will offer a full refund or rescheduling at no additional cost.

5. Health & Safety

Use of sauna services is at your own risk. Customers with medical conditions, including but not limited to heart conditions, high blood pressure, or pregnancy, should consult a physician before using our services. Acadia Bay Sauna is not liable for any health issues arising from sauna use.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including images, text, and branding, is the property of Acadia Bay Sauna and may not be reproduced without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Acadia Bay Sauna shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Maine. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Hancock County, Maine.

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The effective date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
